It’s Monday, and that means another report on my progress in my quest to being healthier.
I haven’t been the most successful this week in anything besides drinking my water, walking daily, and focusing on my family. On Thursday, I actually did some sit-ups — lots of them actually — and I felt the results of that for the next two days. But, that’s a burn I love to feel!
Saturday, we had our yard sale. We were very successful by our standards, but we were very tired. We spent the rest of Saturday and Sunday trying to catch up. Thank goodness all of our favorite TV shows are done for the summer. We went to bed pretty early.
Miss Sassy Pants has added some more chores to her daily routine, and I’m so proud of her! She has changed drastically in the last school year.
Goals for this week:
* Try not to eat so many sweets.
* Try to work in that Zumba I keep talking about.
* Get this house in order before Aaron and Miss Sassy Pants are home for the summer.
* Drop another nursing with the Animal.
Have a great week, friends!

Getting your home organized (i.e. garage sales) can be a work out in themselves!
Sometimes focusing on your family and taking a step back is what you need to do to keep on going.
Have a great week!
I think the small things you accomplished this past week are great! If you go to Zumba you will love it! It is my favorite way to workout
Have a great week
Dropping a nursing is something I need to work on!! Great job on all the sit ups and the walking and water intake!
I so want to do Zumba. I hope you can get it to work. YAY on sit-ups
Way to go on maintaining your weight this week. I get worn out just thinking about having a yard sale. All the things you did this week are great things to have under your belt to keep moving forward. Great job!
