Keurig OfficePRO Review
Coffee, to me, has always been a sign of being a grown up. As a child, I remember coffee being a smell that greeted me when I woke up. Mom and Dad were always sipping their cups in the morning, and something about that image just felt like home.
When I became an adult, I assumed I would like coffee, too. It took me a while to realize that I don’t drink it like my mother (with creamer) but actually like my father (black with sugar).
And I married a man who must have his two or three cups in the morning in order for his day to go well.
But coffee isn’t a priority for me, and I don’t drink it with caffeine (since I keep having babies and nursing them). Since Aaron must have that caffeine, I just chose to rarely drink any coffee unless it was one small cup here and there for social reasons.
When we had the chance to review the Keurig OfficePRO, an entirely different set of options opened up for me.
We have options
Aaron can use a K-cup for his caffeine. I can use a different K-cup for my decaf. It’s beautiful. We can both sit and sip on our coffee without having to brew an entirely different pot of coffee.
We can be economical and environmentally friendly
We purchased some of the reusable K-cups so that we could use the loose grounds of coffee that we already had. We love these K-cups because they will eventually save us some money, and they’ll cut down on the obvious amount of trash we would have added to the environment.
Not just coffee
The other great thing about this Keurig OfficePRO is that we can opt to do something other than coffee. We can use a K-cup to brew hot chocolate or tea. Or, we can use our reusable K-cup to brew a bag of tea or loose tea leaves. It’s awesome having choices.
We can also put a tall cup (not glass) of ice in the cup holder and brew a cup of iced tea. In fact, we had a chance to sample the Peach Snapple K-Cup iced tea. Tasty!
