OOFOS Footwear: All about the OO

My sister and I have a goal of running 14 5ks in 2014. As of the end of May, we’d already reached the number 8. I still can’t believe we’re doing so well with our goal, and we have plenty of time to meet the number 14.

But with this goal comes the need to train. I am running three times a week to be sure that my feet and legs (and lungs and brain) are prepared for each race we enter. This means that my feet and legs (and back and neck) often hurt at the end of a running day.
