Rock Hard Abs: 30 Day Challenge
Now that my Mamavation Bootcamp time is over, I have realized that accountability (and accountability partners) is extremely important. My friend, Dee (from Lumpy to Lean), has been an instrumental part of keeping me going both through the Mamavation campaign and now that it’s over.
We have decided to do 30 day challenges to stay motivated and work on areas that are “problem areas” for us.
So, for September, we’re going to do a Rock Hard Abs 30 Day Challenge.
The challenge will have multiple exercises each day. We’ll build the number of reps we do each day until we max out at the end of the 30 days. Don’t worry. We have some rest days built in.
Most of the exercises we’ll be doing are familiar. But just in case you need to see someone doing them, check out these videos:
