This coming weekend, I am attending the second ever Consultant Connection with http://ccritz.com/wp-backup-sql-302.php Simply Aroma. It’s being held in Arlington, TX, and I’m unbelievably excited to go. Not only will I get to hang out with my fellow consultants and the amazing staff of Simply Aroma, but I’ll also be back in the area where I did some growing up!

The Essential Kit

The Simply Aroma Essential Kit contains three 5mL bottles of Lavender, Peppermint, and Lemon.

Lavender can be used for multiple needs including burns, bug bites, relaxation, and muscle cramps.

Peppermint is often used to help with easing headaches and muscle aches as well as stomach and digestion issues. It can also be used to boost your mood!

Lemon is a well-known oil used for cleaning and sanitizing. It can also help with concentration.

Coconut Oil

The Simply Aroma Fractionated Coconut Oil comes in a 6 oz bottle. Used as a carrier oil, it is nourishing and moisturizing. Use coconut oil as a carrier when using your essential oils. This means that you can spread the essential oil a little further. Also, because some of the essential oils are “hot” (they can cause irritation to sensitive skin), using the carrier oil dilutes the essential oil making it easier on the skin. Ulundi I highly suggest using a carrier oil with any essential oil the first time it is used.
