YouTube Favorite: Pancake Manor
I’m participating in the Blogging from A to Z Challenge for April. Today’s letter is Y.
We watch a lot of YouTube in this house. The channels are primarily for kids (except that I do like to watch some http://ifcus.org/category/news/highlights/ MamaKat TV). A few months ago, I shared with you about why is prednisone on back order the GiggleBellies channel that my kids love.
Today, I want to talk about Pancake Manor. Fronted by Reggie and Zach, loveable puppets who sing about planets to the alphabet to Old MacDonald, Pancake Manor offers awesome educational songs and videos for kids.
The Animal will be three in less than a month. Whenever we switch to Pancake Manor, he says, “Time to watch Reggie and Zach?” One of his favorite videos from this channel is “The Planets.” Try to keep yourself from singing, “Ohh wah wah wah” with them!
His other favorite is “Hair.” We particularly like the guy spraying his hair. Pretty funny.
Flash has also begun to really pay attention to the videos we watch. Right now, his favorite Pancake Manor video is “The Wheels on the Bus.” He’s proud of himself for being able to “beep beep beep” along with the song.
As a mom and teacher, I love their “Teacher Song” video. Zach is super pumped to get back to school to learn more! What a great testament to how powerful teachers really are.

Oh boy – my son LOVES Pancake Manor too. Like, alot. He asks me to play his favorite, My Buddy, daily. Pancake Manor and Patty Shukla (race car) are his faves right now.
Glad to see this YouTube channel getting some love! Our kids are huge fans as well. For me and my husband this is the only YouTube series that we can actually stand hearing the songs over and over again. The classic songs are good, but those originals are outstanding.
