Back to reality

buy Neurontin canadian pharmacy Our vacation was both wonderful and tiring, but today, we return to the real world.

Aaron left for work.

Miss Sassy Pants left for school.

The Animal is napping, eating, and playing.

I’m procrastinating by blogging instead of creating a new module.

It’s all pretty normal around here.

Still, I thought I’d share a few of the greatest memories from our week away in an effort to recapture the fun that is vacation:

* the moment the Animal finally fell asleep in the van, and Aaron realized we needed cash for the toll booths coming up — we stopped, and the Animal woke up

* the Animal deciding at Grandma’s house to just walk about ten steps like it was nothing

* laughing with Kelly & Dina and the boys and the AWESOME spaghetti and meatballs!

* Miss Sassy Pants’s face as we crossed the border between NY and Canada – what an adventure!

* the beautiful Niagara Falls and all their amazing glory

* the rainbow over the falls

* the Animal’s face when the fake creatures at Rainforest Cafe came to life — he sounded like Tim the Toolman: “Ohh! Oooh!”

* our twenty minutes in the hotel pool filled with laughter, splashing, and smiles

* the trip home with the broken DVD player and figuring out how to make it through the trip without

* the moment I fell between the two passenger bucket seats trying to get something while we were driving — Miss Sassy Pants laughed, I was so angry (and hurt!), and then all I could do was laugh about it

* letting the Animal snuggle and sleep with us because he wasn’t sleeping well in his port-a-crib — it may have been uncomfortable, but free snuggles from the non-snuggler was a treat!

* the moment we came home and let out a sigh of relief just seeing the mess that waited for us — OUR mess

Glad to be home. Glad we made the trip. But now, it’s back to reality!
