The nitty gritty:
I’m a work-at-home mom of two (with one on the way), wife of one, and pet owner to five.
My kids are Miss Sassy Pants (8), the Animal (1), Flash (ETA April ’13), and my husband is Aaron (hunky).
My house is a mess, but someone once told me that this just means it’s “lived in.” I’ll go with that.
I teach for NCVPS (NC Virtual Public School) as an English teacher. Before I started this at-home gig in April of 2011, I was a face-to-face teacher at a public high school rocking the literature and writing world.
Because I love to talk about myself, I started blogging. Over the years, I’ve decided to try to make this a real thing.
My life is by no means perfect. I had a few knockout-blows that brought me to my knees and raised my eyes and heart to Him. I don’t evangelize much, but I’m proud of my faith and my beliefs…they are always scattered through my posts.
I’m pretty sure I’m a genius. That’s the only way to explain this crazy life.
