Ever since he was little, farm animals have made Flash smile and laugh. I probably sang “Old McDonald” to him a thousand times in his first two years of life. He just loved “E-I-E-I-Ohhhhh!”
Then when Baby Diva came along, she quickly showed a love for farm animals. For her first birthday, we made sure to load her up with books about cows and pigs and ducks.
Night Night Farm is a sweet picture book that blends the excitement of farm animals with a reminder of God’s love.
You and your children can follow the little farm mice as they see each little farm animal says good night. A review of the animal sounds helps kids remember that a cow says, “Moo” or a pig says, “Oink.” The mice cozy up and eat their bedtime snack while the kittens fall asleep. It’s precious.
In the end, all of the animals are in bed for the night, and they tell the farm, “Night Night,” before also saying, “Night Night” to God.
Flash and Baby Diva both enjoy this story, the cadence of the rhymes, and the colorful pictures.
