Partying with Hotel Transylvania

Partying with Hotel Transylvania

When Crowdtap gave me the opportunity to party with Hotel Transylvania, I jumped on it. Miss Sassy Pants loves the movie, and I love parties. It also happened to fall perfectly on Superbowl Sunday which also happened to be Aaron’s birthday. Perfect!

To get fully into the mood, Miss Sassy Pants dressed in her best Mavis costume. She said she had to look like a beautiful vampire.

Then, we made the Scream Cheese Taco Dip. I even got Miss Sassy Pants to pose with her best monster face while chomping on some of the dip.

Crowdtap and Hotel Transylvania provided me with a clip of buy provigil online south africa Goodnight Mr. Foot, and we thought it was really funny. Our favorite part was the witch’s nose being caught in the window! We want to see the entire mini-movie and find out what happens to the witch when Mr. Foot finally wakes up!

To keep everyone in attendance in the spirit, we printed out the rosters of the Ravens and the 49ers. Then, we asked everyone to pick their favorite name on the roster and create a monster name.  This Monster Name Challenge got us all involved, and we let the birthday boy choose the winner.

Grammy wrote Gorey Frankenstein (Frank Gore, 49ers).

Nana wrote Flesh Ripper (Paul Kruger, Ravens — like Freddy Kruger, get it?).

Aunt K wrote Gorey CJ Spillman Guts (CJ Spillman, 49ers)

and Miss Sassy Pants wrote Sir Vampire Bryan Hallcome Virsincerfer (Bryan Hall, Ravens).

With no surprise, the winner was Miss Sassy Pants.

Then, while the adults were in to the game and commercials on TV, I handed my iPhone to Miss Sassy Pants so she could try out some of the games in Monster Party App. She really enjoyed the matching game and the create your own monster game.

We were even lucky enough to have a screening of the movie on our computer. Miss Sassy Pants enjoyed watching the movie again while the “boring” football game was on in the background. (Of course, a few of the adults stood with her for a while!)

Thanks to Crowdtap and Hotel Transylvania for the opportunity to host this party. We had a great time!
