PlusCBD Oil: My Experience

CBD oil has been the buzzword. I started seeing it discussed on Facebook, and I couldn’t figure out what everyone was talking about. Then, I saw accounts of folks who found much relief from stress or pain or more. I was curious. When I had the chance to try out PlusCBD oil, I applied — and yay me, I’ve had the pleasure of feeling the results.
First, I had to do a bit of research to understand what in the world I was going to do with this kit I received. There are options of sprays, capsules, balm, and sublingual drops.
My experience
Math Man and I tried the peppermint spray first. It was refreshing and not at all overpowering. Both of us felt energy almost immediately. With 4 kids and basically two interruptions a night, we find ourselves exhausted all day long. This burst of energy that lasted until bedtime was very helpful.
For two weeks, I’ve taken the PlusCBD Oil capsules. My goal was to figure out what in the world they could do for me. Exhaustion is a constant in my life and has been for some time. I could blame the kids, but I’ve been tired and a yawner for as long as I can remember.
I will say that the typical nap time for me (my downtime is usually around 2 pm) has not been as difficult to power through since taking the PlusCBD Oil capsules. In fact, I have found that I’m in a better mood and willing to DO more on a daily basis.
Understanding the product
As I said, I did have to do a bit of research and reading to determine what in the heck I was about to ingest and use. Was I about to start tripping on something? Was this going to benefit me? Would it conflict with any of my medications?
Happily, the answers were all very positive for my needs.
CBD oil is hemp-derived and is a phytocannabinoid. That means that it’s a plant-derived cannabioid. They are good for helping regulate, modulate, and influence things like your appetite, pain, inflammation, muscle control, energy balance, metabolism, sleep health, stress responses (yes please!), mood, and memory.
